The Professional Course in Finance for Strategic Managers is a comprehensive programme designed to equip aspiring and early-to-mid career professionals with the financial knowledge, analytical techniques, and practical skills required to interpret financial information and to use it in strategic decision-making across diverse industries and organisational contexts. Over the course of the programme, participants develop a solid understanding of financial statements, financial performance analysis, budgeting, cost management, capital investment appraisal, and sources of finance, while strengthening their capabilities in financial planning, forecasting, valuation, risk assessment, and financial control.
By combining theoretical foundations with real-world applications, case studies, and collaborative learning experiences, the Professional Course in Finance for Strategic Managers prepares graduates to interpret financial information with confidence, link financial analysis to strategic choices, and contribute to value creation in an increasingly competitive and rapidly evolving global business landscape.
The programme is offered in two distinct tracks and students must choose one at the time of enrolment. Track switching may be permitted upon evaluation by the Academic Board.
