The Professional Course in Organisational Behaviour is a comprehensive programme designed to equip aspiring and early-to-mid career professionals with the knowledge, concepts, and practical skills required to understand and manage people at work across diverse industries and organisational contexts. Over the course of the programme, participants develop a solid understanding of individual differences, motivation, perception, group dynamics, teamwork, leadership, power and politics, organisational culture, and organisational change, while strengthening their capabilities in communication, conflict resolution, negotiation, and team development.
By combining theoretical foundations with real-world applications, case studies, and collaborative learning experiences, the Professional Course in Organisational Behaviour prepares graduates to understand how individuals, groups, and structures shape organisational performance, lead and motivate people effectively, and manage change in an increasingly competitive and rapidly evolving global business landscape.
The programme is offered in two distinct tracks and students must choose one at the time of enrolment. Track switching may be permitted upon evaluation by the Academic Board.
