The Professional Course in Personal Development for Strategic Leadership is a comprehensive programme designed to equip aspiring and early-to-mid career professionals with the self-awareness, knowledge, and practical skills required to develop as effective leaders and to contribute to the strategic direction of their organisations across diverse industries and organisational contexts. Over the course of the programme, participants develop a solid understanding of leadership theories and styles, emotional intelligence, reflective practice, personal effectiveness, and career planning, while strengthening their capabilities in self-management, communication, influencing, coaching, and ethical decision-making.
By combining theoretical foundations with real-world applications, case studies, and collaborative learning experiences, the Professional Course in Personal Development for Strategic Leadership prepares graduates to assess and develop their own leadership capabilities, inspire and influence others, and take on strategic leadership responsibilities in an increasingly competitive and rapidly evolving global business landscape.
The programme is offered in two distinct tracks and students must choose one at the time of enrolment. Track switching may be permitted upon evaluation by the Academic Board.
