The Professional Course in Strategic Human Resource Management is a comprehensive programme designed to equip aspiring and early-to-mid career professionals with the knowledge, frameworks, and practical skills required to align people management with organisational strategy across diverse industries and organisational contexts. Over the course of the programme, participants develop a solid understanding of strategic HRM, workforce planning, talent acquisition and retention, learning and development, performance management, reward, employee relations, and diversity and inclusion, while strengthening their capabilities in HR analytics, change management, and the evaluation of HR practices.
By combining theoretical foundations with real-world applications, case studies, and collaborative learning experiences, the Professional Course in Strategic Human Resource Management prepares graduates to design and implement human resource strategies that support organisational objectives, develop talent, and build engaged and high-performing workforces in an increasingly competitive and rapidly evolving global business landscape.
The programme is offered in two distinct tracks and students must choose one at the time of enrolment. Track switching may be permitted upon evaluation by the Academic Board.
